Info: The Helix Charter High School mathematics
department offers an excellent mathematics education
for all levels of mathematics students. For the student
who has always struggled with math, we offer very small
class sizes in our Basic Algebra course, usually in
the range of fifteen students to one teacher. For students
who want to advance quickly through math we have the
option of taking two mathematics courses each year of
high school concluding with AP Statistics and AP Calculus.
Tutoring:
We also offer a variety of tutoring services. After
school tutoring is done each day, Monday through Thursday
from 2:50 - 3:50 p.m. Every Wednesday, before school
tutoring is offered from 8:45 - 9:30 a.m. We can also
arrange for families to contact Helix student tutors
who have excellent skills in math to help their children.
