Background
I was born in Bioloxi, Mississippi and because my father was in the air force, we moved a lot. I have lived in California since high school. My family consists of a twin and 3 brothers. I graduated from Granite Hills High and San Diego State University. I have coached gymnastics, softball, swimming, diving, volleyball, and basketball. I have also taught driver's education and typing and have been cheer advisor and girls athletic director. My husband's name is Dennis and I have a 15 year old son, Kevin, and a 11 year old daughter, Kathryn.
Interests/Activities/Plans
Presently I am interested in getting students more interested in personal fitness and its carryover value into adult life. I have taught fitness and aerobics in the past and hope to work on some type of program for Helix students.
Other Interesting Things
I enjoy doing anything related to outdoor activities. I coach softball, soccer, help with pony league, score keeper for jr. golf, and help my husband with football. I also enjoy reading, sewing, and working with boy scouts and girl scouts in the camping and physical fitness areas.
