Background

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and in Northern California. I always knew I would become a teacher. For my first eleven years of teaching, I worked in a small mountain town north of Lake Tahoe in a school with 650 students and grades 7-12. I worked for five years at Monte Vista but I greatly prefer Helix.

Interests/Activities/Plan

Camping in the desert and traveling in Baja California are two of my favorite relaxation activities. I also vacation at pas in Palm Springs. My future plans include not teaching freshmen anymore (after 23 years of them!)
