The Portfolio
Students will create a portfolio documenting their work on the project.
The project is evaluated through the portfolio which will contain items such as
the evaluation by the project consultant, a written overview of the project,
the original project proposal, the research paper, the project self-evaluation
form, photos of progress on the project, and any other appropriate
documentation.
For students in social studies the
first term, the portfolio (excluding the research paper) will be due January 10th. For students
in social studies second term, the portfolio will be due May 17th. Students in English second term will add the
research paper to their portfolios and have them ready for dress rehearsals on May 30th. (All students writing must follow
Helix Style Manual guidelines.)
