How To Check Your Grades Online

Helix Charter High School is fortunate to have the technology to display student grades and attendance online. The grades uploaded by the teacher as often as he or she wishes. Mrs. Trevino and Mr. Wilcox generally upload grades on a weekly basis.This "How To" guide will allow you to access your grades online. You may use this guide whenever you need to refresh your skills on accessing your grades.

1. Using a computer, log on to your Internet browser. (At Helix, Internet Explorer is on all computers.)
2. Go to http://www.helixcharter.net (if you haven't already, you should make a bookmark of this page for future reference)
3. Scroll to the bottom right and click on the "Departments" section.
4. On this page teachers are listed alphabetically by last name. Click on the name of your teacher.
5. You have now reached the Online Grade page. in the boxes on the left side of the page type the following:
6. In the Name Box - type your last name
7. In the Password Box - type your Student ID number.
8. Then click the "Submit" button.
9. Your grades will then appear - please note the date on the page - this displays the last day the pages were updated.
