Parent-Evaluation of Notebook

In your notebook, every unit your parent will complete a "parent-evaluation" of your work. Below are the guideline questions to use to evaluate your notebook. Allow 3-4 lines for each answer - or more space if needed. The intent is to help parents become aware of the type of work completed as well as show progress of growth.
