A variety of representatives will introduce students to the wide range of responsibilities and programs conducted by the public health service. In addition, students will see how these programs work together and are coordinated within a governmental agency. A tour of the Public Health Lab is arranged for SEPA students.
The organizational structure of governmantal health agencies will be explored in the 12th grade and some aspects may be incorporated into the student run public health education agency.
