This site is to educate and coorespond to the assignments provided in the course work. I hope that students will be able to keep current with this site, when absents occur. Nothing will substitute the teachers instruction, yet I do believe that students can strengthen their learning by use of this site. Please look at the additional links provided. Many of these sites as well will offer a chance to explore the world of art and photography with museums and artist links, assignment notes, and photography informational sites. Parents will be able to access students grades, see assignment due dates and help students study from lectures for quizes and even see examples of student work.

Helix Charter High School observed the California State Standards and our Grossmont Union High School Standards. Photography 1-2 is a beginning photo coursework for high school. Please see the links provided below. In order for our students to recieve the best possible education these standards provide a guide for teachers to create their curriculum.
