Overview

For this rotation, you will be introduced to Microsoft Entourage and begin to REALLY use your helixcharter email account. The skills you learn in this rotation will be carried through the 10 weeks you are in this class. The journal questions for each rotation will be completed via email.

At the end of this tutorial, you will be able to:
• Set up your email account – if you are a new user
• Identify the different features and windows of Entourage
• Send an email to all your teachers
• Use the Calendar portion to create and save 3 appointments/events
• Create a Contact and email it
• Access your email using the Internet

A final should demonstrate knowledge of skills learned. In this rotation, the "final" is ongoing. You will be asked to check your email every day. Your journal questions will be emailed to me.
